To be eligible, applicants must have a local connection to the Parish of Chew Stoke. If no suitable applicants are identified from Chew Stoke, English Rural Housing Association will extend eligibility to those with a local connection to the neighbouring parishes of Chew Magna, Stowey-Sutton, Compton Martin, Ubley and Nempnett Thrubwell. However, priority will always be given to applicants with a connection to Chew Stoke.
