The consultation runs from 3rd October to 14th November. B&NES are strongly encouraging residents and other stakeholders to submit their comments on-line via the dedicated website above. However, written/paper copy comments can also be submitted and respondents should clearly set out which site/policy option on which they are commenting and send them to Planning Policy, Lewis House, Manvers Street, Bath BA1 1JG. Comments should be submitted by 5 p.m. on 14th November. The council will carefully consider the issues raised in comments on the Options document (as well as comments submitted during the 2024 consultation) in preparing the Draft Local Plan.
