Bargain household items, too good for recycling, will be on sale at a popular re-use event organised by Bath and North East Somerset Council.
The re-use sale is returning, with a wider variety of goods on Saturday 21 July, from 10am-12 noon at the old MOD building, next to the Recycling Centre, in Pixash Lane BS31 1TP.
If you are looking to help furnish your home or searching for items for upcycling projects, come along and browse amongst the good quality pre-loved furniture, bric-a-brac and other items we have saved for re-use at our recycling centres. All items will be on sale at bargain prices starting from £5, with some given away for free.
If you are visiting our Recycling Centres at Keynsham or Midsomer Norton, and have items that could be reused, please see the site staff who will put the donations to one side for the sale.
Cash or card payment over £5 accepted. All items bought must be taken away during the sale times.
There will also be an opportunity to visit the Council’s recycling roadshow at the sale to find out how to recycle more at home. Staff will be on hand to give advice on how to reduce waste, answer recycling queries and provide free recycling containers if needed.
