Resilience Day with an emergency practice in the morning and a water safety workshop for all in the afternoon.
10am – 12 noon. Practice
Time to ‘MOT’ your equipment and to check roads, drains and sandbag stores. Last year roads and drains led to incidents and accidents so we welcome everyone in the Parish to join FREE workshops for adults and children in the Old School Rooms from 1pm – 4pm as we are ALL affected by roads flooding.
COULD YOU ‘RESTART A HEART’ All afternoon a First Aider will be demonstrating the defibrillator and CPR. The more people prepared for any kind of emergency, the more we can feel safe in Chew Magna. Please take advantage of this opportunity. Do come along in the morning if you have any questions/issues for B&NES, Environment Agency, Parish Council or Village Agent. TEA/COFFEE AND CAKE AS ALWAYS!!
TO BE SURE OF A PLACE BOOK YOUR FREE WORKSHOPS BY 17 SEPTEMBER
