B&NES Clean and Green campaign has been allocated a further year of full funding.
And will be coordinating the action weeks, where the Clean and Green Team of 3
cleansing operatives spend time in each ward across B&NES to respond to
cleansing priorities including sweeping, weeding, and litter picking.
Wards across the District are clustered together, and the team are due to be in
Mendip and Chew Magna for a Clean and Green Action Week 12 – 16 June 2023.
Please let the Council know of any priority areas for cleansing so that they can be
passed on to the team. Concerns can be emailed to the clerk on
chewmagnaparishclerk@gmail.com
